The practice management team is involved in managing all of the business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment and information technology. The management team supports the GPs and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and also help to develop extended services to enhance patient care.

Reception, GP Administrators and Associated Staff
Our receptionists and GP Administrators have first contact with the patients. It is their job to help and advise you within the guidelines laid down by the Doctors and the Managers. They are fully trained and operate within a strict code of confidentiality. The more detail you give them of your requirements, the better they will be able to provide the service you will need. The reception team are overseen by a Reception Supervisor.
The practice also has leads in the areas of finance and prescription management.
We have a centralised secretarial team who deal with a vast amount of day-to-day secretarial work within the practice. We also have a secretarial team administrator who provides support to the secretaries. The senior secretary works alongside the team and leads on new initiatives.
