Practice Management

The reception team are able to provide a high level of assistance and can deal with all of the following:

  • repeat prescriptions in writing.
  • medical requests
  • appointments
  • relaying of results
  • sick note request
  • home visit request
  • telephone consultation request
  • passing on messages.
Many of these requests can be handled quickly online by using the online forms found on the home page. You will need to get a unique user name and password from the receptionist before ordering repeat prescriptions online.
The receptionists work closely with all the clinicians and recognise the importance of maintaining confidentiality. The receptionist can only provide medical information relating to the patient, not to any other person unless written persomission is provided or for children under 16.
Mrs Vanessa Soper (f)

Acting Practice Manager. Vanessa is responsible for the administrative side of the practice and is the person to contact if you have any concerns.
